What is the compensation/pay structure at PPMC?

Base compensation rate will remain the same for like positions. (RN, CNA, Allied Health rates, CNS, and Trauma Department Practice staff.) The shift differential and pay practices will also be the same.

Will I maintain my seniority if I transfer to PPMC?

Seniority for UPHS will be honored at PPMC. Original date of hire remains the same with any Employee on UPHS payroll.

Is there a clinical ladder for RN’s at PPMC?

Yes, the CARP Program is the same for Nurses at HUP, PAH, PPMC, and HC/HS. Clinical ladder level will be honored at PPMC. Annual performance evaluation date will also remain the same.

Are the benefits the same at PPMC as HUP?

UPHS Benefits Plan is the same for HUP and PPMC staff. There will not be any disruption or change to pension, health & welfare, paid time-off balances for sick, vacation, personal, and legal holidays.
